Choose from any number of delectable entrees including our mouth-watering sushi-grade Seared Ahi Tuna in a ginger soy sauce with a tropical fruit chutney, or a selection complementing our Southwestern roots – shrimp, citrus-buttered and stuffed with lump crab meat, jack cheese, wrapped in crispy bacon, and topped with spicy jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and breadcrumbs – our own Shrimp Monterrey.
