El Paso, Texas – The City of El Paso and Destination El Paso proudly announce the return of The Rink at WinterFest to the Convention Center Plaza, November 23 – January 10, 2025. Glide into the holiday season with friends and family as Downtown El Paso transforms to celebrate the annual WinterFest celebration. The Rink at WinterFest offers fun for all ages, with skating sessions priced at $12 per person. Guests are invited to skate at The Rink and enjoy weekly activations throughout WinterFest. Rink packages will be available for groups to book and enjoy unique experiences for private gatherings. All guests are encouraged to visit the Convention Center Plaza and attend themed event nights, including Taylor Swift Night “In My WinterFest Era” and “The Happiest Rink on Earth,” musical acts, concessions and holiday markets.

The Rink at WinterFest Hours of Operation:

• Monday – Thursday: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• Fridays: 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

• Saturdays: 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

• Sundays: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• General Admission (All Ages): $12

• Military & First Responders (with ID): $8 (In Person Only)

• Family 4-Pack (Monday – Thursday): $8 per person, increments of 4 (In Person Only)

• Groups of 10 or More: $10 per person (Any day; In Person Only)

• Mommy & Me Mondays: Kids 10 and under skate for $5.

• Teacher Tuesdays: Teachers receive $4 off their session.

• Sweater Weather Wednesdays: Wear an ugly sweater for $4 off your skate session.

• Ice Skating 101 (Thursdays): Join a 6:00 p.m. session to learn basic skating techniques.

• Rock at The Rink Fridays (presented by KLAQ): Skate to rock hits every Friday!

Sensory Hours:

The Rink will offer special sensory-friendly hours on the first hour of skating on November 23, as well as Monday – Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., creating an inclusive environment for all guests.

• Thanksgiving Day: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
