Chef’s Bio

Originally from Monterrey, Chef Edna has 25 years of culinary experience. Over the course of her career, Chef Edna became the director of one of the most prestigious culinary schools in northern Mexico. Her passion for history has led her to share the legacy of northeastern Mexico wherever she is invited — not only from a gastronomic point of view but also through the customs and lifestyle that so strongly define the people of the north.

She has been creating content on social media for the past four years, sharing an authentic and replicable cuisine as her life’s legacy, and her videos have reached nearly one billion views over the past three years, making her one of the most influential chefs on social media today.
