Join us for our annual Sizzle & Smoke Independence Day celebration! Zin Valle Vineyards and our partner, Longhorn Food & Beverage, are teaming up once again to bring you an exclusive, all-you-can-eat BBQ buffet experience. Note: You must pre-purchase tickets - tickets will not be available the day of the event.
But this isn’t your typical backyard cookout. In addition to a complimentary glass of wine of your choice (a $10 value included with your ticket!), you’ll have unlimited access to an incredible spread, constantly replenished throughout the two-hour dining window.
The All-You-Can-Eat Menu To Start: Charcuterie grazing table
The Mains: House-smoked beef brisket, JC Pecan Farm house-smoked pulled pork, & BBQ-glazed chicken
The Sides: Chipotle bacon mac n’ cheese bites, street corn, baked beans, house-made kettle chips & coleslaw
To Finish: Refreshing ice cream
Event Schedule & Details BBQ Buffet: 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. (Food will be constantly replenished during this window)
Live Music: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. featuring Dusty Low
At the Bar: Enjoy our signature, complimentary 3-for-free wine tasting all day, and wine available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
Important Note: Wristbands are required for the buffet. Please refrain from sharing food with non-ticketed individuals, as doing so may result in the revocation of your wristband. Buffet tickets are available via pre-sale below only and will not be sold on the day of the event. Our Z Bistro food truck will also be open with its regular menu + some holiday specials.
