stretch and fold method

baking steps (includes recipe and baking instructions)
taste testing and inspecting a baked loaf

Class Description:
We will work on each stage of unbaked bread making as a group, and discuss the final stage of baking while taste-testing a finished loaf. No oven is on site.
Class is approximately 2 hours in length.
All materials are included, plus 15% off all menu purchases.

You’ll receive instructions and containers to take your practice loaves home to bake.
A beginner sourdough recipe and live starter is included with your ticket purchase.

Convenience:
Each class is taught step by step by a trained instructor and baker. All questions will be answered during the class. Melissa has 16 years of professional experience baking professionally and 12 years of experience teaching creative classes.
Clothing:
Please wear appropriate clothing that can get messy. There is a possibility that your clothing or personal items may be stained if materials get on them.
Cancelation Policy:
If you have to cancel, please let me know via email or phone at least 24 hours in advance of class time to receive a refund. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before class, contact me directly for instructions. If you are a no-show to class, you will not receive a refund or credit.
