Autumn is upon us. So this VIRTUAL wine class will focus on FOOD AND WINE PAIRING — an essential skill to hone as we head toward the fall and holiday entertaining season!
This will be hosted on ZOOM. So, it’s a fun, enriching experience you can enjoy from the comfort of your home surrounded by friends and family. Together, we’ll sip new wines, learn new things, laugh, and repeat!
IN THIS EXPERIENCE YOU WILL:
Do a tasting experiment that will showcase why specific characteristics in different types of wine DO and DON’T pair well with specific characteristics in different foods.
Gain a better understanding of what you DO and DON’T like and why.
Learn valuable, practical tips to consider when pairing wine and food for any occasion.
