Jesus “ Cimi” Alvarado, a talented native muralist from El Paso, will take us on an exclusive tour through Segundo Barrio! Not to be missed! FREE ADMISSION! El Segundo Barrio has been the first home for thousands of families in El Paso since the 1880s. The adobe neighborhood has been described as “the Ellis Island of the Border.” Emblematic of Mexican and Chicano culture, learn about the renaissance of the Mexican mural tradition in El Paso by exploring the murals of El Segundo Barrio.
