Inner child art paint parties help you grow on various levels of creativity and tap into your inner child. When you allow for this growth, you become attuned with your higher self and healing comes forth in love, empathy, and understanding. Through Inner Child art, individuals can explore and nurture their inner child, tapping into their imagination, curiosity, and sense of wonder. It provides a safe and expressive space for individuals to reconnect with their innermost emotions, memories, and desires.

In this form of artistic expression, the process is often given more importance than the final result. The act of creating art becomes a means of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. It allows individuals to embrace their vulnerabilities, heal past wounds, and foster self-acceptance and self-love.Inner Child Art focuses on areas physical, mental, emotional, and Core being or inner self. It can help you experience peace, joy, unconditional love, and to live your life in harmony both inside and out by accessing your inner self or your core.

The facilitator Lucia Parga Navarro has 35 years of experience in aligning with your inner child, your higher self, and the conscious self. Lucia has a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology and a Doctorate in Spiritual Science. Her classes are a wonderful experience full of deeper awareness, love, and understanding of oneself.
