Event Calendar

Join us for the H.O.P.E.+ Mobile Clinic & Health Fair on Wednesday, June 11th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Horizon City. This free community event, part of the H.O.P.E.+ (Homeless, Outreach, Prevention, Education) initiative, offers a variety of health services and resources to the public.

The Mobile Clinic and Health Fair will consist of two shifts: First shift from 8AM-12PM Second shift from 2PM-5PM

Free Services Include: - Vaccines - Health Insurance Information/Assistance - Breast education and screening services - Dental care - Hospice services - Mental health services - And many more!

There will also be food boxes, raffle prizes, and service animals are welcome.

How to Prepare: - Do not eat or drink anything other than water for 8 hours prior to a blood test. - Bring ID if you have one (ID is not required to receive services).

Español: ¡Acompáñanos a la Clínica Móvil y Feria de Salud H.O.P.E.+ el miércoles 11 de junio, de 8:00 AM a 5:00 PM en la Iglesia Católica Holy Spirit en Horizon City! Este evento comunitario gratuito, parte de la iniciativa H.O.P.E.+ (Personas sin hogar, Alcance comunitario, Prevención, Educación), ofrece una variedad de servicios y recursos de salud para el público.

La Clínica Móvil y Feria de Salud se llevará a cabo en dos turnos:
- Primer turno: de 8:00 AM a 12:00 PM
- Segundo turno: de 2:00 PM a 5:00 PM

Servicios gratuitos incluyen: - Vacunas
- Información y asistencia con seguro médico
- Educación y servicios de detección del cáncer de mama
- Cuidado dental
- Servicios de hospicio
- Servicios de salud mental
- ¡Y muchos más!

También habrá cajas de alimentos, rifas, ¡y se permiten animales de servicio!

Cómo prepararse: - No comer ni beber nada (excepto agua) durante 8 horas antes de un examen de sangre.
- Traer una identificación si la tiene (no es obligatorio para recibir servicios).
