Join us for a nice and easy stroll on the Nature Walk trail and discover some of the plant species that call the mountains home.
This hike is an easy 0.75 mile hike. This short distance trail meanders through arroyos and hills to give a great introduction to desert plants and wildlife for kids, beginner hikers, and wildlife enthusiasts alike. The bird blind at the beginning of the trail is always a good spot for nature viewing!
This is part of this year’s City Nature Challenge and we will be recording our observations as we go, if you want to record your observations make sure to download the iNaturalist application on your phone prior to the walk.
