University Medical Center Foundation of El Paso and the El Paso Bicycle Club are thrilled to bring back the Chile Pepper Challenge. This year’s event is expected to have 300 participants and we anticipate the event growing to more than 900+ riders in the coming years. The Chile Pepper Challenge will be held on Sunday, September 29, and is a community-driven cycling challenge with four rides to accommodate riders of all skill levels: 62 miles, 40 miles, 25 miles, and a 5-mile family fun ride. This event will bring together participants from the binational and tristate cycling communities, united by a common goal - to support the mission of University Medical Center Foundation of El Paso. Funds from this event will not only stay in El Paso but go directly towards patient care, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional care to those who need it most.
