Must have a valid military ID or Ft. Bliss Community Access Pass to participate in any events held at Ft. Bliss.
Community Access Passes are FREE to obtain.
To obtain a Community Access Pass, CLICK HERE to visit the website and pre-register online, or stop by Buffalo Soldier Visitor Control Center Office (open 24 hours) or the Chaffee Visitor Control Center (open Monday - Friday from 5am to 9pm).
