Nonprofit organizations across the Borderplex are invited to join an interactive working session focused on using artificial intelligence to strengthen storytelling, communications, and mission impact.
Mission Amplified will introduce participants to generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and explore how nonprofits can use them to create compelling content, engage donors, articulate impact, and support fundraising efforts, all in a practical, hands-on setting.
This session is designed for nonprofit professionals of all experience levels, whether you’re just starting to explore AI or already experimenting with it in your work.

Featured Speaker Nisaini Rexach is part of Microsoft Public Affairs, supporting TechSpark Chicago, where she works with community, education, and workforce partners to advance technology-driven economic opportunity across Chicago. Her work focuses on building strategic partnerships, supporting organizations aligned with Microsoft Philanthropies priorities, and leading initiatives that connect communities to skills, resources, and pathways in tech.
She also serves as External Engagement Lead for Microsoft’s Worldwide Hispanics Employee Resource Group. Previously, Nisaini led workforce programming at i.c.stars and held leadership and instructional roles within Chicago Public Schools and the Noble Network of Charter Schools. She holds a Master of Education from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Robert Morris University in Illinois, serves on the Board of Directors for Chicago Scholars, and is a member of the Teach For America Leadership Circle.
