Guided by Chef Lawrence Acosta, each class is limited to just 14 guests, creating a personal and immersive journey through Mexico’s agave regions. Every week features a rotating tasting menu, thoughtfully curated with complementary pairings designed to highlight how terroir, climate, and tradition shape the character of each spirit.
Guests will enjoy a guided flight of four agave expressions, selected from one of the most extensive agave collections in North America, located at The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park. Throughout the experience, Chef Lawrence shares insight into production methods, regional distinctions, and the cultural heritage behind every pour.
