Theme: A Century of Black History Commemorations

📍 Location & Route:

  • Parade Start Point @ the intersection of Diana Dr. & Blueridge St.

  • Proceeds west to Hondo Pass Dr.

  • Turns right to Hollings St.

  • Ends on the west side of Nations Tobin Park

About the Event:
The Interclub Council (ICC) of El Paso hosts its annual Black History Month Parade and Festival, celebrating the achievements, culture, and contributions of Black Americans. This year’s centennial-themed parade invites families, schools, churches, civic organizations, and local businesses to honor past and present trailblazers while uplifting today’s voices.

Highlights:

  • Community floats, marching bands, dance and drum lines
  • Local leaders and youth organizations
  • Family-friendly festivities at the finish area near Nations Tobin Park
