Important information to know:

• Please bring your own yoga mat as they will not be available.

• You are allowed to bring any outside food and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Please arrive early as the session will start exactly on time.

Kelly Reinhart Credentials: RYT 300

Bio: Kelly Reinhart is a 300-hour registered yoga instructor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in El Paso, Texas. She believes that mental health and yoga go hand in hand and that yoga provides an opportunity to become more embodied and empowered. She hopes that students leave class feeling more grounded and proud of what their bodies are capable of doing. Kelly specializes in teaching hatha, vinyasa, yin, and restorative styles of yoga.
