A good wine + pizza pairing is one of life’s most enjoyable feasts, but not every wine tastes its best with pepperoni pizza. If you’d like to learn how to create delicious combos that delight your palate, this WINE + PIZZA PAIRING EXPERIENCE is for you!

YOU’LL LEARN How to pair your favorite pizzas with wines that complement them. Good food pairing rules of thumb that will help you pair other foods with wine.

YOU’LL TASTE: Four (4 ) Zin Valle Vineyards wines paired with four (4) samples of Heavenly Slices pizza

EXTRA DETAILS: This is a VIP experience that starts before the vineyard opens to the general public. The tasting will last 1 hour — from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The tasting will take place in the private barrel room of Zin Valle Vineyards. You’ll have early access to parking (a huge perk on busy summer Saturdays). After the tasting experience is over, Heavenly Slices’ pizzas and Zin Valle Vineyards’ wine will be available to purchase and enjoy on the patio.

WHO’S SHARING THE KNOWLEDGE: Lilia Alvarez Nevarez is a certified wine expert, wine educator and co-founder of the El Paso-based wine brand consultancy A Land Beyond. She’s been Zin Valle Vineyards’ brand builder and ambassador for many years and has worked intimately with their Tuscan winery Fattoria Svetoni during that time as well.
