Events

This is a free, family friendly, indoor/outdoor event held at the historic El Maida Shrine Auditorium tucked right next to the Franklin Mountains in Northeast El Paso. Plenty of seating, parking and indoor restroom facilities.

There will be altars to honor loved ones that have passed on, a procession (parade), food trucks, a mercado (local art/artisan market), demonstrations/workshops, performances, music and large art installations perfect for photo ops, Loteria, prizes, face painting, a jumping balloon, stuff for your little monsters to do and more.

Day of the dead has always been a sacred thing for us and we want to share this amazing, vibrant, cultural experience with you. We can’t wait to hang out with you Chuco.
