Talent and style will be presented during the presentation of the Mexico-United States Youth Philharmonic Orchestra “El Puente”, under the direction of Dr. James Welsch.
The United States / Mexico Youth Philharmonic Orchestra is formed by the El Paso Youth Symphony Orchestra and the Esperanza Azteca Ciudad Juarez Orchestra.
