Join us for a fun-filled weekend and discover the joys of camping in your Texas State Parks.
Program Details: * We provide basic camping equipment needed for the weekend. You provide sheets, blankets, food and personal items. * You provide your own meals. * Texas Outdoor Family camping workshops conclude with borrowed gear returned at or before 11am on Sunday. Your onsite Ranger will provide more details at the event.

Individual car camping sites for each family Primitive campsites: Each family is encouraged to bring three gallons of additional water for convenience Restrooms near campsites Overnight ranger presence for comfort and confidence

Program Policies:
Pets - Pets are not allowed on TOF camping workshops.
Weather and Cancellation - We recognize that the weather will impact your camping experience. TOF staff will notify you via email and telephone if your event cancels. If cancelled, we will add your reservation to our transfer list to be eligible for a future event, pending availability. Due to the state’s process for handling funds, refunds cannot be offered.
All deposits are non-refundable; however, we will allow you to reschedule to another TOF Workshop if we are notified 10 business days prior to the arrival date. All cancellations within 10 business days or less of arrival date will result in a loss of payment; unless you provide documented circumstances of illness or emergency.

Make a note of the workshop date - November 5th. It will be required to complete your reservation.

All reservations must be made by 1pm on the Wednesday prior to the event.
