A dedication ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m. followed by a celebration from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the park in Downtown El Paso. The plaza features newly renovated “Los Lagartos” sculpture by famed artist Luis Jimenez Jr.
