As a part of this girl empowerment summer camp, girls can participate in interactive activities using multimedia arts tools to express themselves and build confidence. Girls will explore creative outlets and discover their voice through creative expression projects through drawing, journaling, arts and crafts, painting, skits, photography, video making, movement, and more. Each camp has a different theme that helps empower young women by teaching them skills and boosting their confidence through fun interactive exercises. The camp is geared towards girls in grades 5th through 8th. Camp supply fee is $20. Free lunch is included. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available upon request. This camp is hosted by the Young Women’s Preparatory Network, and will be held at the Young Women’s Leadership Academy.
