The Hal Marcus Gallery, 1308 N. Oregon, hosts its 49th annual Happy Holidaze Open House arts and craft fair 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec.14-15, with local vendors, appetizers, and live entertainment. Visitors are encouraged to come in hippie garb. Admission is free.
