Efe Tres Teatro will perform El Meolico: Entremeses Cervantinos Bululuados, adaptations of three of Miguel de Cervantes’s original works– El viejo celoso”, “El retablo de las maravillas”, and “La Cueva de Salamanca”, performed in their entirety by a single actor.

A traveling merchant in the manner of apothecaries of old, sells stories in the cities and towns he visits. The name for such people who haunt Mexico is “Merolico”. After presenting himself as a historian and seller of stories, our Merolico will perform the Entremeses, which are critical of the human condition from a variety of perspectives.

Productions are in Spanish. Tickets are free but you must pick up your tickets in person beginning at 5:30 pm. Curtain time is 7:00pm.
