The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department and evolve Federal Credit Union present the 82nd annual evolve Credit Union “Celebration of Lights” Christmas tree and displays.
The program starts at 4:30 p.m. counting down to the Tree Lighting at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Celebration of Lights Parade.
Parade begins north of Campbell on Main Street, and proceeds left on Mesa Street to Overland, and left on Campbell to Myrtle.
