EPSO’s outreach initiative, Tocando. Tocando, in partnership with the Paso del Norte Health Foundation, is an after-school program that provides music learning and performing opportunities to elementary school children. The EPSO is accepting band and/or orchestra instrument donations for the Tocando program.
