The El Paso Mission Trail Association will be hosting a fun Halloween Costume Contest! All participants will receive free candy and glowsticks. First, second, and third place winners will receive a special prize! Feel free to stop by before you go out trick-or-treating! The Mission Valley Visitor Center is located on the corner of Zaragoza Rd. and Alameda Ave. Additional parking can be found behind the Sun Metro Transfer Center on the corner of Zaragoza Rd. and Harris St.
