Organizer and executive coach Aliana Apodaca says efforts like hers are important because studies show businesses do better when they have women in top roles. “My goal is to inspire women to reach higher, to provide them with the skills that they need to achieve and to be successful in those positions and for them to network with other women so we can help each other succeed,” she said.
