The Young Women’s Leadership Conference will bring together girls from around the El Paso region for a day filled with girl empowerment where girls with dreams become women with vision. The event aims to help girls grow as leaders and prepare for future personal, academic, and college success with sessions on leadership, wellness, career exploration, and college preparation. Participants will hear from powerful women innovators, educators, trailblazers, and beyond! Girls will have an opportunity to connect with their peers and speakers to feel connected, inspired, and empowered. These emerging leaders will leave the experience inspired to create positive change in their schools and communities.
