This free, community event is a Lights Festival with public art light structures, live music and entertainment, food trucks, and activities and games for the whole family will be on the Valle Verde Campus at El Paso Community College on April 27th from 4pm to 10:30 pm. Come join us for lights, music, dancing and fun!
