National Black History Month - Black Migrations
Starting point of parade is Pershing and Montana streets. Line-up between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Parade starts at 10:00 AM. Parade will travel east to Copia, right on Missouri. Celebrations and festivities at Mary Webb Park.
