Childbirth is one of the most exciting events in a family’s life, and can also be one of the most stressful. Knowledge is potentially the single best tool to dispel fear and anxiety – education is empowerment.
This class emphasizes physiological birth, non-invasive interventions for pain management, and closely examines how maternal and fetal anatomy influence the birth process. Couples will learn in three parts, each averaging about an hour.
