Alberto Ponce, Research Analyst with the MCA Innovation Center, will discuss the role games have in fostering innovation, what are the challenges and opportunities for using innovation games in business, how structured play activity increase idea generation, and what are the best practices for leveraging innovation games. He will identify through examples how innovation games could be implemented to solve complex problems, help develop partnerships, and work through user and customer identification.
