The Stay Teen Leadership Training helps youth use their creativity to develop and implement campus and community health and wellness campaigns in their schools and neighborhoods in order to promote healthy choices, raise awareness of teen pregnancy, and encourage healthy relationships among their peers. Teens will participate in a hands-on workshop where youth will critically analyze the issue of teen pregnancy and develop their public service announcements. Through this process, participants learn about leadership, public speaking and civic engagement. The Stay Teen leadership and media training workshop is presented by the El Paso County Teen Pregnancy Prevention Coalition.
