Learn the efficacy and safety profile for various herbs and supplements, used on both sides of our international border, such as Chamomile (Manzanilla), Star- anise, Cinnamon, Ginger, Prickly Pear Cactus (Nopal), Wormwood (Estafiate), Valerian, Wormseed (Epazote), Gordolobo (“Cudweed”), Eucalyptus, Black elder flowers, among others. Certain plants more recently incorporated into the healing repertoire, such as St. John’s Wort, Echinacea, Fenugreek, Gymnema, and Kava Kava, will also be covered.
