Project Appleseed will hold FOUR rifle marksmanship events in El Paso in 2019! They will take place on February 23-24, April 27-28, June 22-23 (Ladyseed! Ladies Only - Gentlemen need not apply), and August 17-18 at the EPCC Law Enforcement Training Academy range. This unique event teaches fundamental rifle marksmanship skills together with stories about the important role that marksmanship played during the Revolutionary War.

The two-day event will include instruction on firearm safety, proper marksmanship techniques, and live fire practice. Students will also have the opportunity to earn the coveted Rifleman patch by shooting a qualifying score on the Appleseed Qualification Test (AQT).

In addition to expert marksmanship instruction, students will hear historical storytellers passionately share the Three Strikes of the Match, a series of three pivotal events that ignited the Revolutionary War on April 19, 1775.

Project Appleseed events are suitable for both new and experienced shooters. Families are welcome.

Absolutely NO current politics are discussed by Project Appleseed staff and volunteers. For more information and answers to Frequently Asked Questions, please visit our official website at
