Anna Fahy, an educator and renowned authority on Chinese Culture in the Southwest, will discuss the role Chinese workers had in the building of the Southern Pacific Railroad across California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. The lecture will be given in the auditorium at the Downtown El Paso Public Library. This event is hosted by the Railway and Locomotive Historical Society, the El Paso Railroad and Transportation Museum and the El Paso Public Library.
