Paso del Norte Health Foundation in conjunction with the City of El Paso and El Paso Water opens its new trail to the public Saturday. The 3.4-mile pedestrian-only walking and biking trail begins at Ascarate Park and extends to Riverside High School. The trail includes exercise stations, scenic seating and shade structures.
