Progress321 is thrilled to announce the return of its premier culinary event, One Region One Table. This year’s event promises to be a spectacular evening celebrating the vibrant culinary culture of our unique region, which encompasses El Paso, TX, Las Cruces, NM, and Cd. Juarez, MX.
Hosted in the heart of Downtown El Paso, One Region One Table is not just a dinner—it’s an experience. Guests will enjoy an eight-course meal crafted by 16 distinguished regional chefs, each pairing up to create dishes that highlight our region’s rich and diverse ingredients.
For the first time in two years, One Region One Table will be held outdoors, embracing the theme “Disco in the El Paso Desert.” Attendees can look forward to a night under the stars with live music, a local vendor area, a silent auction, and 2 full-service cash bars.
