Rome comes to El Paso! Unlike the long lines and 60-foot ceilings experienced at the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City, patrons can view the world-renowned work of Michelangelo close enough to touch God’s finger in Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition. This special collection of the artist’s renowned ceiling frescoes from the Vatican’s Sistine Chapel is reproduced in a format that allows viewers to get face-to-face with the masterpieces. Through 34 artfully displayed reproductions, this innovative presentation includes world-renowned pieces like The Creation of Adam and The Last Judgement. Paired with an audio narrative, this experience is unlike the one experienced in Rome. Patrons can take the show one painting at a time and will walk away enlightened and inspired by this exciting exhibition.
