The Consulate General of Mexico in El Paso invite the bi-national community of the Paso del Norte region to celebrate the Independence of Mexico. Accompany Consul General Mauricio Ibarra to celebrate one more year of the independent history of Mexico. We’ll have live music, food vendors and a lot of surprises.
