The event is on the visitor center patio at White Sands National Monument near Alamogordo. The show features intricate Mata Ortiz pottery made in the traditional style without a potter’s wheel, whimsical Oaxacan woodcarvings, and vibrant Zapotec rugs. Daily film screenings and kids’ activities also featured.
