National Parks and Recreation Month continues with a great way for family fun and excitement and it is all free! The festivities will include a jumping balloon, tug of war competition and water games along with performances by the Parks and Recreation Leisure Classes and informational booths from Texas Parks and Wildlife, El Paso Public Library and Texas Kids Dental to name a few.
