El Paso Chapter, The Links Inc. hosts its 9h annual black tie dinner gala.
Social hour is 6:30 p.m. with buffet served 7:30 to 10 p.m., King and Queen Coronation ceremony at 9 p.m. with silent auction and dancing throughout the evening. Attire is cocktail with masquerade masks. Proceeds benefit student scholarships and community service programs.
