INTERNATIONAL 10K Run!

A flat and fast 10K run from one country to another! Runners will run by Southwest University Park, past San Jacinto plaza, the Courthouse, through the Segundo Barrio and then over the Stanton Street bridge into Ciudad Juárez and past Juárez’s city hall, the Bullring - Plaza de Toros Alberto Balderas, the Old Customs House where the first U.S.-MX presidential meeting took place between William H. Taft and Porfirio Díaz in 1909, which now houses MUREF, the Mexican Revolution Museum, the Misión de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, where Ciudad Juárez was founded in 1659 and next to it, the Juárez Cathedral. For the last part of the run, runners will turn on Avenida Juarez and past the famous Kentucky Club, and then climb to the top of the Paso Del Norte Bridge to a climactic finish.

All participants must register with Race Adventures Unlimited and have a valid passport. Cost is $25 by August 3 and after $3o until August 5. Team registration available.

All participants crossing the U.S./Mexican border will need a valid Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (“WHTI”) compliant document such as a passport, passport card, enhanced drivers license (“EDL”), visa, border crossing card (BCC), trusted traveler program card (SENTRI and/or Global Entry card) or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident card when picking up registration packets. All participants must carry their WHTI compliant document when crossing international borders during/after the race.
