- Claudia A. Rivers, Department Head of UTEP Special Collections, will be talking discussing conservation vs preservation and how to preserve your own personal records
- Dennis Daily, head of NMSU Special Collections will give a talk on letters from the dead
- Vicky Zhuang, UTEP Biodiversity Collections Manager, will discuss animals and plants in archives
