Join us for a health fair to raise heart health awareness! Participants will receive FREE cholesterol, glucose, weight, waist-line and body mass index (BMI) screenings to assess heart health. There will also be face painting, an photo booth, health information, fun activities and more! Sponsored by The Hospitals of Providence.
