The 25th annual German-American Oktoberfest Night Run’s 8K run and 5K fun run/walk is at 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 15. Corporate/Military Team also held. Grand prize drawing for a $1,000 travel voucher.
Pre-race activities begin at 4 p.m. with German coffee, German pastries, cakes and soft drinks. Entertainment 4 to 8:30 p.m. Post-race events begin at 6 p.m. Live music by “1st AD Band,” bratwurst, sodas, German coffee and pastries. Spectator admission is free.
Packet pickup is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Sept. 13-14, at Freedom Crossing. Late registration and packet pick up is 3 to 5:30 p.m. on race day; $35.
