The El Paso Public Library will be offering free lunch to children 1-18 years of age at the Main Branch in Downtown. Bring the kids to a day at the library, have them read a book, participate in a summer program and surf the web. Every weekday, Monday through Friday, children can grab a free lunch from 1 t0 2 p.m. at the Main Branch in Downtown.
