“Forty-Four and Twelve Celebration” - Sunday event hosted by Escamilla’s Fine Art Gallery (Alberto and Rachel Escamilla). Join us for an enjoyable art and musical event. Alberto will be celebrating 44 years as a professional artist and 12 years with his gallery in historic San Elizario. He will be unveiling his newest large colorful painting at 1:30 pm and will also showcase a few of his very early paintings. Come celebrate with the Escamillas and enjoy viewing beautiful art, speaking with Alberto about his lengthy career, along with listening to some outstanding classical guitar music by Danielle Anaya. Light appetizers and refreshments will be served. Danielle Anaya is a native El Pasoan and UTEP graduate, with degrees in both commercial music and business. She has been playing guitar for more than twenty years,and studied under Professor John Siqueiros while at UTEP. In addition to participating in various music-related events in the community, Ms. Anaya owns a private studio, World on a String Music Lessons, where she teaches both piano and guitar. Her first solo album, Renaissance to Romantic: 3 Centuries of Guitar, is available to download from CD Baby and to stream on Spotify and Apple Music. Free parking.
